hubless coupling

a mechanical coupling used to connect cast iron, steel, and plastic pipe. The components of a hubless coupling include a neoprene gasket, bi-directional shield, and interlocking clamps. No-Hub fittings replace the use of traditional hub and spigot joints used for sanitary drains, storm drains, waste pipe, and vent piping. Also called "No-Hub Coupling". See also No-Hub Pipe.
